PURPOSE:To suppress distortion of a signal by providing a current source flowing a current in parallel direction with a current flowing to a collector of a transistor (TR) to the collector of the TR to allow a current source to absorb charge/discharge of a parasitic capacitance added to the collector. CONSTITUTION:An input is converted into a current by a current converting circuit 2, inputted to an emitter of a TR6, an emitter voltage is decided by the current and a voltage source 4, the voltage is subjected to on/off control depending on the comparison with a base voltage source 5 and a part of the input is outputted to an output terminal 9 of the collector as a sliced slice output. Since the current source 12 is connected to the collector, the collector capacitance 10 is charged by a voltage expressed in an equation (in equation, VC6 is the collector voltage of the TR6, V is a voltage of the power supply 8 and R7 is resistance of a resistor 7) when the TR6 is turned off, the capacitor 11 is charged by VC6- V5 (V5 is a voltage of the power supply 5), and the capacitor is discharged with the TR6 turned on. However, no discharge current flows to the signal path because of the current source 12, then the characteristic of transmission is improved and distorsion is reduced. |
