PURPOSE:To attain stable facsimile transmission by generating and outputting a one-line data if an output data from a host computer causes a delay over a specified time so as to prevent interruption of a telephone line of a facsimile equipment. CONSTITUTION:A data inputted from the host computer in facsimile connecting equipment 6 is fed to a data control section 61 through a data buffer 21, and the data compressed by a data converting compression section 23 is fed to a line buffer 62. Moreover, a one-line data generated by a dot data generating section 64 is stored temporarily to the line buffer 62. Then the delay of data outputted from the data control section 61 is supervised by a data delay supervising section 63, and if the delay time exceeds a specified value, until the next conversion compression data is inputted, the one-line data from the dot data generating section 64 is inputted to the line buffer 62 so as to output the data thereby preventing interruption of the telephone line.
