PURPOSE:To transmit easily a dial signal subject to pulse code modulation by applying PCM conversion to plural kinds of dial signal and writing them into a ROM, using a PCM synchronizing signal so as to call the content and transmit it to a network. CONSTITUTION:A counter 11 counts a clock from a PCM synchronizing signal generating circuit 16, transmits a signal to a parallel/serial converting circuit 13 at each eight-clock and a total value is transmitted to a ROM12 as an address. 16 Kinds of pushbutton dial signal are stored in the ROM12 in the form of PCM and a data in eight-bit is transmitted to the parallel/serial converting circuit 13 by the address indication from the counter 11. The data from the parallel/serial converting circuit 13 is transmitted to a PCM network 14. |
