PURPOSE:To suppress the heat treatment temperature at soldering to a low value by melting and solidifying in advance a silver solder member and a flux to a winding slot and a bonding slot formed to a block raw material for forming a head core so as to pack them. CONSTITUTION:The winding slot 2 and the bonding slot 3 are formed to a cubic block raw material 1 made of an alloy magnetic material, a silver rod and a proper amount of flux are placed to the slots 2, 3, and after they are once heated and molten, they are solidified and packed into the slots 2, 3. Thus, the solder material on the bonding face is molten quickly in the solder processing and both are bonded quickly and uniformly. Since the solder member exists on the bonding face over a wide area especially, the soldering at a low temperature is attained quickly and uniformly. Since the soldering temperature is decreased in this way, the heat treatment for the recovery of the magnetic characteristic of the head cores is attained at the same time. |
