PURPOSE:To attain fitting of a tape guide with less man-hour and to improve the fitting position accuracy by bringing a protruded part of a butting face into press contact with a reference face of a fixing member by means of the difference of the size between butting faces of supporting members of a magnetic core. CONSTITUTION:Since the width W of the butting face of a core supporting half 6 is made larger than the width W' of the butting face of another core supporting half 6', a half each of the difference between the widths W, W' is protruded at both sides of the butting faces 6a, 6b of the core supporting half 6. A magnetic core assembly is fixed to the fixing member 7 by bonding and pressing the butting face 6a of the core supporting half 6 exposed at both sides of the magnetic core assembly into the fitting face 7a and the butting face 6b to the fitting face 7b. Thus, the variation of the magnetic gap angle and the track position is eliminated, the position adjusting process at fitting of the tape guide is saved, the manufacture process is simplified and high accuracy is attained to the fitting position. |
