发明名称 LASER MAGNETIC RESONANCE APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a high sensitivity resonance absorption spectrum, by condensing all of laser beams introduced from a laser oscillation part to emit the same to a specimen chamber. CONSTITUTION:A laser condensing part 2 is formed by using three convex lenses 21, 22, 23 and constituted so that all of laser beams introduced from a laser oscillation part 1 are condensed and emitted to a specimen chamber 3. That is, the convex lens 21 is arranged so that the distance l1 between the center L1 of the convex lens 21 and a focus F1 becomes longer than the disntace l2 between the boundary point A of the oscillation part 1 and the condensing part 2 and the center L1 of the lens 21 while the convex lens 22 is arranged so that the distance l3 between the false condensing point B of laser beam passing through the lens 21 and the center L2 of the lens 22 is longer than the focal distance l4 of the lens 22 and the convex lens 23 is arranged so that the focal distance 5 of the lens 23 is shorter than the distance l6 between a condensing point C and the center L3 of the lens 23 and, contrarily, longer than 1/2.l6. By this mechanism, all of laser beams introduced from the oscillation part 1 are condensed to introduced into the specimen chamber 3.
