PURPOSE:To prevent intrusion of excessive fuel by providing an additional volume section inflated from the wall section at the opposite side from the float support of float chamber thereby opening the float valve upon function of lateral acceleration onto the fuel in the float chamber to cause shifting of fuel when turning the car. CONSTITUTION:The float 4 in the float chamber 1 of carburetor will lower as the fuel in the float chamber 4 is consumed, then the valve body 6 is lowered while rotating around the shaft 2 to feed fuel through the fuel inlet 5. When turning the car, the fuel is subjected to the lateral acceleration because of the arrangement of float chamber to be shifted to the support 2 side thus to feed excessive fuel, but the additional volume section 10 inflated from the chamber side wall will deliver fuel upon occurrence of shifted fuel supply resulting in prevention of the opening of valve body 6 due to the lowering of float 4. |
