PURPOSE:To improve the controlling performance in low speed by varying the fulcrum position of a governor lever longitudinally to connect the fulcrum to a variable lever and vary the lever ratio of the governor lever. CONSTITUTION:A slot 63 is provided in the fulcrum position of a governor lever 58 to vary the fulcrum position longitudinally of the governor lever 58 so that a pin 65 on an end of a variable lever 64 is fitted in the slot 63. The base of rear end of the variable lever 64 is fixedly fitted onto a shaft 66 which is connected to a regulator handle. In low speed running of an engine, the regulator handle is pivoted to locate the pin 65 on the upper end of the slot 63, lessen the lever ratio and increase the controlling force of a control rack 62. Thus, the controlling performance in low speed can be improved. |
