PURPOSE:To prevent a signal source device from being complicated and to attain ease of extension by providing a line setting function in a node. CONSTITUTION:A data on a bus 20 is synchronized at a bit synchronizing circuit 2 by using a clock generated from a clock generator 1, a counter 6 is reset by a frame signal pessing through the bit synchronizing circuit 2, and the data passing through the bit synchronizing circuit 2 is written in a memory circuit 8 by using the output of the counter 6 as an address. The data given from the bus to a signal source device 23 is written in a memory circuit 14 by using an output of a counter circuit 4 as an address, read and fed to a selector by using an output of the memory circuit 16 stored with line set information from the bus to the signal source device, then transmitted to the signal source device 23.
