PURPOSE:To facilitate maintenance by a method wherein the main frame of the air conditioner is provided with L-shape first fitment, through which the folded piece of a ceiling is led, and second fitment, holding a side plate having a bent section bent into U-shape in up-and-down direction, at the side of a frame board so as to be capable of drawing out the external panel to the front side without moving the main frame. CONSTITUTION:Right side plate 23 is inserted forcibly from the front side to the rear side so that the upper bent section 25 is held by the second fitment 33 provided at the side of frame board 11 of the main frame 10 while the lower bent section 27 is engaged with the second fitment 34. Next, left side plate 24 is inserted forcibly from the front side to the rear side so that the upper bent section 26 is held by the second fitment 35 and the lower bent section 28 is engaged with the second fitment 28. Subsequently, a ceiling plate 12 is inserted forcibly from the front side to the rear side into the first fitments 18, 19 under abutting against the folded pieces 16, 17 against the upper bent sections 25, 26 of respective side plates 23, 24. Thus, all of the external panels may be attached or detached from the front side of the air conditioner. |
