PURPOSE:To facilitate water feeding and prevent a carpet or the like from being wetted by a constitution wherein a cartridge tank, mounted on a humidifying pan, is provided at one side of a blow-off grille and the same tank is attached or detached by drawing the blow-off grille to the forward of the air conditioner. CONSTITUTION:Upon normal room heating operation, the heat of air, flowed from a suction port 13 into the machine, is exchanged with the heat of hot- water passing through a heat exchanger 18 and the air is passed by a fan 19 through a ventilating path 20, is contacted with and heated by the water supplied to a humidifying pan unit 15, then is blown off through a blow-off port 16 under humidifying the air by natural evaporation. When the water in the humidifying pan unit 15 is consumed, the blow-off grille 14, integral with the humidifying pan unit 15, is drawn out to a position whereat the cartridge tank 17 can be taken out easily as shown by dotted lines in the diagram, the cartridge tank 17 is removed and is supplied with water at a city water cock, then, the same is disposed on the original position and the blow-off grille 14 is pushed into the machine. |
