The process consists of (a) treating a vinyl polymer and an ester in a reactor with mechanical agitation to obtain a complex polar mixt. with mutually-orientated polar gps.; (b) subjecting a blowing agent, stabilising agent and amidised lubricant to mechanical agitation under low pressure in the reactor to obtain an amidised component which combines with the component from (a) by weak polar bonds; (c) heating the prod. at 180-230 deg.C for 60-180s. to react the vinyl polymer with the stabilising agent, decompose the blowing agent with release of gas and diffuse the amidised lubricant in the peripheral surface layer of the cpd.. |
