<p>The percussion projectile rocket comprises a generator (G) comprised of a piezoelectric crystal (1) intended to be deformed upon the impact of the projectile to produce a firing voltage which is transmitted to an ignition device (6) through a spark-gap arrester (5) and a transformer (4). A self-induction coil (3) shorts this voltage pulse when the rise leading edge of the pulse has not reached as high a value as that which is produced upon the normal impact of the projectile. Thereby, a safety protection against voltages susceptible of being accidentally produced by shocks to the projectile is obtained.</p> |
