POLYESTER RESIN COMPOSITION

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a polyester resin compsn. having excellent resistance to impact and hydrolysis and suitable for use in the production of electronic parts, by mixing a thermoplastic polyester resin, an acrylic rubber and an epoxy compd. contg. no halogen. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic polyester resin (A) (e.g. polyethylene terephthalate), an acrylic rubber (B) and an epoxy compd. (C) contg. no halogen (e.g. bisphenol A glycidyl ether) are mixed together in such a proportion that the weight ratio of A:B is 99.5:0.5-40:60 and the quantity of component C is 0.01- 5wt% based on the combined quantity of components A and B. An example of the acrylic rubber is a rubbery copolymer obtd. by graft-polymerizing methyl methacrylate onto a copolymer of butyl acrylate with a small quantity of butylene acrylate.
