<p>In this process, two metal sheets are laid one above the other and are welded to one another on their entire contact surface, with the exception of regions in which the formation of lines of a line system is provided. The line system has a closed outer line and an inner fluid-line system which are connected to one another by means of at least one connecting line. The plate formed from the sheets welded together is introduced into a press, in which the outer line is expanded by means of a pressure fluid, until it sealingly closes off a volume between the press jaws of the press. One side of the plate is subsequently subjected to pressure, and the connecting line or connecting lines of the inner fluid-line system are expanded. The process is characterised in that the flow resistance of the connecting line or connecting lines is designed so that, at a constant pressure of the pressure fluid, the plate is subjected to pressure after the outer line has been expanded and before the expansion of the inner fluid-line system takes place. …<??>This process is simpler and very much more reliable than conventional processes and, furthermore, requires only presses of lower power. …<IMAGE>… </p> |
