<p>The sealing compsn. is made by (a) reacting an anionic polymeric stabiliser with ammonia or a volatile amine in aq. soln. at 0-75 deg. C to form an aq. soln. of an ammonium or amine salt of the stabiliser; (b) coating the charge particles and the polymer particles with a film of the stabiliser salt by stirring in an aq. soln. at 0-75 deg. C contg. the stabiliser salt, a rubber latex, a zinc cpd. providing zinc amine ions and the charge which includes glass beads, to give a dispersion which is stable on storage.</p> |
