PURPOSE:To freely change luminescent color by one lamp by regularly arranging several kinds of unit phosphors having different luminescent color, and controlling luminescence of unit phosphor by a shutter device. CONSTITUTION:A luminescent layer 10 formed by coating unit phosphors 10a, 10b, and 10c having different luminescent color in a matrix is arranged on the inner surface of a glass bulb 12. A cylindrical shutter device 11 having sutters 11a, 11b, and 11c which are divide so as to coincide with the matrix of unit phosphors 10a, 10b, and 10c is arranged on the outer surface of the glass buble 12.
