PURPOSE:To facilitate the works of hanging, connection between external pipelines, service and inspection of the air conditioner by a method wherein a blow-off duct and a suction duct, connected to the front blow-off port and the bottom surface suction port of the air conditioner expandably, are provided and the hole of ceiling is closed by a L- shape decorative sheet. CONSTITUTION:In case the air conditioner 4 is embedded into the lowered ceiling, the air conditioner 4, to which the blow-off and suction ducts 8, 10 are attached previously, is inserted from the hole 27 of the ceiling into the space 29 of the ceiling and is fixed through hanging fitments 47, 47. The blow-off duct 8 is slid into forward and rearward direction and the suction duct 10 is slid into up-and-down direction so that the tip ends 45, 46 of both ducts 8, 10 are flush with the vertical surface 56 and the horizontal surface 57 of ceiling boards 1 while the L-shape sheet plate 37 of a protruded member 35 is aligned with the extension line of the corner of the ceiling board 1, thereafter, they are fixed through screws 19, 20. Then, the cold water pipeline 21, hot- water pipeline 22 and the like are connected, thereafter, the decorative sheet 34 is attached to both ducts 8, 10 by screwing the screws 41, 42 through long holes 58, 59 and the flange piece 60 of the decorative sheet 34 is secured to the L-shape sheet plate 37 through the screw 40. |
