PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a substrate except an element and prevent a defect in orientation by providing at least eight of facing surfaces of electrodes with a projection which projects so that the gap between the facing end surfaces is <=50mum. CONSTITUTION:Extremely small projections 7 and 8 are formed on the facing surfaces of electrode patterns 2 and 3 at a fine interval. Consequently, an electrostatic apark is generated between the projections 7 and 8, so the area where the spark is generated is narrowed down and a defect in orientation is made small. When the gap B between facing surfaces of the projections 7 and 8 is >=50mum and the width C of the projections 7 and 8 is <=30mum, the electrostatic spark area, i.e. orientation defect area is <=50mum and a black spot or black line even when generated is hardly seen.
