PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having excellent corrosion resistance and low-temperature curability, consisting of three specified kinds of reaction products and a water-soluble metal salt of an org. acid. CONSTITUTION:100g of a high-molecular compd. (A) having an MW of 500- 5,000, contg. C=C bond of 50-500 in terms of I value and having an oxirane oxygen content of 3-12wt%, 30-300mM of an amine compd. (B) of formula I and 0-200mM of an alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid of formula II (wherein R3, R4 are each H, CH3) and/or an unsaturated fatty acid having an MW of 100-350 and a C-C conjugated double bond content of 10wt% or below (C) are reacted together to obtain a reaction product. 100pts.wt. said reaction product, 10-200pts.wt. reaction product obtd. by reacting 1mol of a glycidyl compd. of formula III (wherein R5, R6 are each R3; n is 0-20) with 1.9-2.1mol of component C, 0.5-10pts.wt. reaction product (derivative) obtd. by reacting 100g of a high-molecular compd. having an MW of 500-5,000 and contg. C=C bond of 50-500 in terms of I value with 40-400mM of an alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid of formula IV (wherein R7 is R3, halogen), and 0.005-1.0pt.wt. water-soluble Mn, Co or Cu salt of an org. acid, are blended together.
