PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a video camera together with reduction of weight by providing an optical device to a shoulder frame to see the images displayed in a viewfinder of the video camera. CONSTITUTION:The images photographed by a video camera 1 are displayed in a viewfinder. These images are reflected as shown by an arrow head A by reflecting mirrors 6a and 6b provided in a viewfinder adaptor 6 and can be observed through a window 6c. For an optical device a prism, an optical fiber, etc. is also available to secure the same effect as reflecting mirros. Furthermore a lens which magnify and reduce images can also be set into the adaptor 6.
