The invention relates to a holder for a loudspeaker in a built-in opening of a body panel, which holder is especially characterised in that it can be produced in one piece, using a simple slideless tool, can itself be simply and reliably fastened, permits simple and reliable fastening of the loudspeaker as well, by clipping alone, and is used simultaneously to accommodate the loudspeaker, to fasten the latter in the body panel and as soundproofing in order to prevent an acoustic short circuit.
