PURPOSE:To obtain a color toner superior in offset resistance and adhesion resistance by incorporating a chromatic pigment or dye, and a low-mol.wt. polyolefin wax and alkylene-bis(fatty acid amide) as a surface releasing agent in a polyester resin contg. a fraction insoluble in chloroform in a specified amt. or more. CONSTITUTION:The electrostatic image developing color toner high in offset- causing temp. and low in transfer paper adhering temp., superior in low-temp. fixability, and good in fluidity can be obtained by incorporating the alkylene-bis(fatty acid amide) represented by the formula shown there (in which R1, R2 are each, independent of each other, >=10C optionally unsatd. aliphatic hydrocarbon; R3, R4 are each, independent of each other, H or -OCR5; R5 is optionally unsatd. aliphatic hydrocarbon; and n is a positive integer), and a low-mol.wt. polyolefin wax as a surface releasing agent in a weight ratio of 1:0.5-5, in a polyester resin contg. a fraction insoluble in an amt. of >=5wt% of the toner, and a partially cross-linked polyester resin, and the chromatic dye or pigment in an amt. of 3-20wt% of the total polyester resin binder, and the combination of said releasing agents in an amt. of 1-20wt% of the binder and the dye or pigment. |
