The invention relates to a circuit for switching signals of high frequency, of the order of 10 MHz for example. The proposed switching circuit comprises in particular a phase-shifting circuit DP which receives the high-frequency signal sh to be switched, a follower output sd of which is connected to an input electrode of a first transistor T1 of MOS type and an inverting output si of which is connected to an input electrode of a second transistor T2 of MOS type, identical to the first T1 and held in the blocked state, the respective output electrodes of these two transistors T1, T2 being connected to the common output so of the circuit.
