The blocking pulse generator (SE) generates a blocking pulse (Sp) to unlock an active switch (UT) in the coherent oscillator (KOHO) of a radar device. So that the blocking pulse (Sp) can be effective in an always constant phase position compared to the reference pulse (Sr) of the coherent oscillator, some initial pulses (A) of each reference pulse (Sr) are suppressed in the blocking pulse generator (SE). <IMAGE>
