A worm is mounted on a drive shaft, while a worm gear tensions a spring force accumulator coupled to a switching lever with a pawl. The drive can be decoupled and the tensioned spring force accumulator arrested. The drive shaft (12) is divided into two releasable parts, with a connecting coupling (13), i.e. the drive shaft part (12a) and the worm shaft part (12b). After the finished tensioning they are decoupled, while the worm toothing of the gear (17) is held by arresting members (28,32). The drive shaft part pref. has a coupling part (13a) moving against a spring force (14), while the worm shaft part is fitted with a rigid coupling part (13b), both coupling parts having a spur toothing (15).
