PURPOSE:To prevent the warpage error, etc. of the zero point of a micro-laser detector generated by the temperature rise of an integrating sphere by cooling the surface of the integrating sphere. CONSTITUTION:A supply port 20 supplying a space 19 between the surface of an integrating sphere 9 and a cover 18 with water and a discharge port 21 are formed to the integrating sphere 9. When outputs from laser lights are controlled, water is fed in the direction of the arrow 22 from the supply port 20, the surface of the integrating sphere 9 is cooled by water, and water is discharged in the direction of the arrow 23 from the discharge port 21, thus keeping the surface of the integrating sphere 9 at a fixed temperature at all times. Accordingly, since a temperature rise by detecting laser lights 8 of the integrating sphere 9 is prevented, only the extinction outputs of detecting laser lights 8 projected to the integrating sphere 9 can be inputted to the micro-laser detector 12. |
