PURPOSE:To sheet metals alignable on an aligning jig so efficiently, by centering each hole of the aligning jig and a fixed block with movement of an X-Y table, while letting the sheet metal drop from the fixed block to the aligning jig. CONSTITUTION:On an X-Y table 2 capable of accurate positioning in an X-Y direction on a plane surface, an aligning jig 3 for aligning sheet metals 1 is mounted on a setting table 4 and positioning takes place with pins 5a and 5b. Here a topmost surface 6 of the setting table 4 and the top of the aligning jig 3 are situated on the same surface, and each of edges 7a and 7b is made contact with each other. In addition, at the upper part of the aligning jig 3, a fixed block 9 having a guide pipe 10 is set up so as to make these sheet metals drop down in piles. Likewise, on the top of the aligning jig 3, a lot of holes 11 are regularly installed. With this constitution, when a guide hole 8 of the fixed block 9 is situated on a hole 11 of the aligning jig 3 with movement of the X-Y table 2, each sheet metal 1 is made to drop down inside the hole 11 whereby these sheets are aligned in line. |
