PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for temperature correction and perform actual plant calibration by dividing a secondary coil coaxial with a primary coil into three, i.e. level detecting, zero-point detecting, and span-point detecting coils, and performing specific arithmetic based upon their output signals and calculating a standard sodium level signal. CONSTITUTION:The secondary coil provided coaxially with the primary coil of the induction sodium level gauge which is excited by a high frequency power source 3 is divided into three, i.e. level detecting coil 9, span-point coil 10, and zero-point coil 11. A level detection signal E2, span-point coil signal E'2, and zero-point coil signal E''2 generated by those coils 9-11 are processed by subtracters 12 and 13 and a divider 14 according to an equation I and a sodium level signal is converted into a standard sodium level signal E0 and outputted. The need for temperature correction is eliminated by the conversion based upon the radio obtained by the division and the signals E'2 and E''2 are led out through a switch 15 to allow the calibration of the level gauge in a plant. |
