摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To simplify wiring work and to miniaturize the titled device by inserting a power supply polarity switching circuit between connecting parts of each direction element to decrease the number of external connecting cords led out of electrodes of a resistance sheet. CONSTITUTION:In depressing an input operating plane of the resistance sheet 3 through a mouth, the resistance value of X, Y coordinates at a finger pressing point (f) is detected. When the resistance value of the X coordinate of the finger pressing point (f) is detected, a power supply polarity switching circuit 16 is in the switched state and a power supply current flows to a computer main body 17 from the direction element 13a via the 1st electrode 8, the finger pressing point (f) and an electrode film 11. Then the divided resistance value at the finger pressing point (f) read by the electrode film 11 is outputted to the computer main body 17. When the resistance value of the Y coordinate of the finger pressing point (f) is detected. The power supply polarity switching circuit 16 is switched (shown in an alternate long and two short dashes line), the power supply current is routed from the direction element 13b to the 2nd electrode 9. Thus, excessive resistance sheet, a reinforcement bakelite or insulation spacer is saved.</p>
