PURPOSE:To attain a fine adjustment for accurate attachment of a magnetic head by fixing tentatively the head to a carriage by means of a tentative attachment member having elasticity, performing a fine adjustment before an adhesive is hardened and removing the tentative attachment member after an adhesive is hardened. CONSTITUTION:A support plate 2b to which a magnetic head 2c is fixed is held temporarily with elastic power by the 1st angle 20 via a spring washer 21 and a screw 22 and also by the 2nd angle 30 in the same way. The plate 2b is also fixed to a standard angle 110 with elastic power by a screw 111 and a plate spring 112 against an adjustement stage 150. When the head 2c is attached with adjustment, an adhesive is applied between members to be fixed and the fine adjustment is carried out through a fine adjustment part of the stage 150 together with the power higher than the elastic power for tentative attachment. Then the state 150 is removed, and a tentative attachment member is also removed after 12hr. Thus the head 2c is attached to a carriage with an accurate fine adjustment. |
