A device for vulcanising profiles such as rubber profiles by means of hot air is disclosed which has a treatment channel in which three conveyor belts transporting the profiles to be vulcanised are arranged one on top of the other and driven in opposite directions. In the treatment channel, separating plates which extend over a part of the length of the channel are provided below the topmost conveyor belt, suction and blow-in nozzles of an air-circulation line with built-in fan to increase the air velocity in the top conveyor belt chamber being disposed above the separating plates. The vulcanisation in the first treatment section is thereby accelerated such that the profiles to be vulcanised obtain an adequate strength for deflections after only a relatively short treatment time.
