In a process for producing back-foamed mouldings, in which a surface material is laid in a foam mould and subsequently a foam-forming reactive mixture is introduced, it is proposed according to the invention, in order to repair defects in the back-foamed part, that after introduction and foaming of the foam-forming reactive mixture a polymer is introduced into predetermined, in particular foam-free, regions of the moulding. <IMAGE>
