PURPOSE:To efficiently take-up a yarn by shifting the yarn taking-up position outside the width of a taking-up yarn layer at the head part of a bobbin when taking-up is completed and forming the yarn layer for guide yarn by carrying- out minute traverse, by the bobbin head part, thus preventing the natural fraying of the guide yarn. CONSTITUTION:A yarn is taken-up onto a bobbin 1 by a ring traversing in the vertical direction, and formed into a full-wound pirn 2. At this time, the ring is raised to a prescribed position in the winding width in the bobbin-shaped single part, and minute traverse is started at this position. The minute traverse winding is performed for a certain time, and when a guide-yarn winding part 3 in a prescribed amount is formed, the ring is lowered to reach a waiste pool position, and after waiste winding is performed, the apparatus is brought into stop. When the normal traverse is completed, the ring takes-up the guide yarn in necessary at the bobbin head part by carrying-out the minute traverse within a prescribed width, and therefore, the guide yarn taking-up yarn is taken-up in neat order onto the bobbin 1, and destruction of the yarn is prevented. |
