Mine-sweeping gear

The y-shaped mine-sweeping gear is releasably connected via a towline to an underwater drone and is pushed by the latter onto an anchor cable (to be cut) in such a way that after passing an anchor-cable catch (3) the anchor cable comes to lie in front of a cutting charge (4) through an inlet guide consisting of two legs (1, 2). The drone then runs off in the opposite direction, in the course of which the towline is unwound from a container (6), and on account of the tensile force the cutting charge (4) is activated by the anchor cable now pressing on the piston-shaped release mechanism (9). <IMAGE>
