PURPOSE:To attain positioning of an origin with high accuracy not affected by a loop gain by controlling a feedback pulse generated from an encoder given to a deviation counter. CONSTITUTION:The encoder 11 generates a pulse by detecting holes made to a rotary disc coupled directly with a motor 10. One origin pulse BP is generated by one revolution of the disc and nearly 3000 feedback pulses are generated. Moreover, a distance from a position of a tentative origin of the motor 10 to the generation of the next pulse BP corresponds to one revolution of the rotary disc and one revolution of the disc corresponds to the number of holes for pulses FP. Moreover, the relation between the distance L to be moved and the hole for pulses FP is constant at always even when the loop gain is changed. The distance L is set as the number of holes of the pulse FP by utilizing the relation, the pulse number the same as it is set to the deviation counter 8, after the tentative original is obtained, the counter 8 is counted down by using the pulse FP and the motor is driven until the stored pulse of the counter 8 is zero, then the motor 10 stops at the accurate origin. |
