PURPOSE:To detect an integral dosage of radiant ray and to generate an alarm by monitoring the characteristic parameter of a bipolar transistor (TR). CONSTITUTION:A memory 40 is stored with irradiation characteristic of the TR14 previously. A collector current setter 20 adjusts a variable resistance corresponding to a preset integral dosage for alarm generation and varies the base current to vary the collector current indirectly. A processing circuit 30 calculates the common emitter current amplification factor and compares the result with the irradiation characteristic of the TR14 in the memory 40 to determine a collector current to the alarm set integral dosage sent from the setter 20. Further, it is decided from the value of the collector voltage whether the integral dosage exceeds the alarm set value or not, and when so, an alarm is generated and the generation of the alarm is displayed on a display simultaneously part 50. |
