PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of performance due to the competition of an access bus by providing plural sets of access paths to one storage unit. CONSTITUTION:When the information applied via a connection 101-0 is selected by a switch circuit 12-0, a switching circuit 12-1 selects the information supplied via a connection 101-1 and then the switching circuits 12-0 and 12-1 select exclusively the supplied information. Moreover, switching circuits 13-0 and 13-1 select exclusively the read data applied from a connection 203-1 and the read data applied via a line 203-2 similarly as the case with the switching circuits 12-0, 12-1 by selecting exclusively the logical value of the connection 208 to apply them to switching circuits 14-0, 14-1 via connections 204-0 and 204-1 respectively. The switching circuit 14-0 selects the read data from the connections 203-0 and 204-0. Moreover, the switching circuit 14-1 selects the read data from connections 204-1 and 203-3 in response to 1-bit of the access address from the line 101-1. |
