PURPOSE:To attain ease of manufacture and adjustment and to decrease the cost by connecting an antenna to a common connecting loop in a cylindrical cavity resonator provided with two input/output connecting loop and the common connecting loop. CONSTITUTION:When a signal is applied to the connecting loop 4, a mode wave is produced in the mode wave and the same mode wave is provided by applying a signal to the connecting loop 5. The direction of an electric field EH excited by the connecting loop 4 and that of an electric field EV excited by the connecting loop 5 are different by 90 deg.. Since a difference of an angle between each face of the connecting loops 4, 5, and the face of the common connecting loop 8 is given as 45 deg. or 135 deg., the interference of mode is eliminated to the common connecting loop 8, although an electric field EHV is induced in the common connecting loop 8. |
