PURPOSE:To keep the high bonding performance, and to prevent the peeling of the bonded part, by bonding a supporting member made of fluororesin to the upper surface of a base with an adhesive, and coating and protecting the outer surface of the bonded part with a coating agent made of a water-proofing rigid resin. CONSTITUTION:The supporting member 3,44 made of a fluororesin is bonded to the upper surface of the base 1,42 with an adhesive 2,46, and the outer surface of the bonded part is coated and protected with the coating agent 4,47 made of a water-proofing rigid resin.
