PURPOSE:To exterminate bacteria and to increase dust removing effect much more in an air filter by bending antibacterial nonwoven fabric of acrylic fiber wherein antibacterial agents are incorporated in the fiber, fitting the bent fabric in a cylindrical vessel and flowing air into a chamber therefrom. CONSTITUTION:Outside air contg. bacteria and dust is flowed through an air inflow hole 11 and entered a cylindrical vessel body 1 and passed through antibacterial nonwoven fabric 5 fitted to the central part of the vessel or the joining part of the antibacterial nonwoven fabric and a dust removing filter 6 or mixed fiber of acrylic fiber and dust removing filter fiber wherein the antibacterial agents are incorporated into a ventilation plate. At this time, the bacteria is exterminated with the antibacterial agents oozed from the fiber of antibacterial nonwoven fabric incorporated with the antibacterial agents and removed and simultaneously dust removing is performed and the purified air is discharged from an air discharge hole 2.
