PURPOSE:To cope with a varaity of piezoelectric vibrators having different diameters of thin metallic plates and to reduce manufacture costs by providing at least two or more stages on a piezoelectric vibrator fixing part formed by fixing peripheries of piezoelectric vibrators of a case. CONSTITUTION:Stages 10 and 11 are provided on an lower opening for supporting peripheries of piezoelectric vibrators 8 and 9 of a case 7, thereby copying with the piezoelectric vibrators 8 and 9 constituted of thin metallic plates 12 and 13 having different diameters. Only one case 7 is necessary which has a piezoelectric vibrator fixing part corresponding to the piezoelectric elements 8 and 9 in constitution where a piezoelectric element 2 is stuck on the metallic plates 12 and 13 having different diameters. If three stages are provided, the device provided with three stages can cope with three types of piezoelectric vibrators. |
