PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device capable of obtaining accurately a product, multifunctional and free from an under fill by constituting the device wherein upper and lower dies are mounted freely attachably, detachably and fixably on a main ram and a lower frame side respectively and plural punches are actuated at an independent stroke. CONSTITUTION:In a closed forging device capable of freely locking and releasing a die by both dies, formed by mounting a lower die 48 freely attachably and detachably and fixably on a lower frame 30 through a die holder 47, and mounting an upper die 46 freely attachably and detachably and fixably on a main ram 35 supported by plural posts 31 erecting on the frame 30; plural punches 49, 50, 51 fixed to the die 48 are provided and punches 41, 44, 45 corresponding to them are provided to the die 46, and both of them are actuated by driving respective forcing-in cylinders 36, 42, 43. By said constitution, both dies are freely selected in accordance with a product, the punches 41, 44, 45 are independently forced in a blank 40 charged into a forming part, and a material in short is properly supplied and filled, to obtain an accurate product, free from an underfill, in high yield.
