<p>A jig saw includes a duct (46) for directing a part of the output of a motor cooling fan towards the work area of the saw, and a second duct (34) that terminates at one end adjacent the work area and is connectable to a source of vacuum. A valve (48) accommodated partly in one duct and partly in the other is selectively movable to open and close both ducts in a manner such that the ducts cannot be open simultaneously.</p> |
