PURPOSE:To improve operating efficiency of a robot, by a method wherein working stations are installed to 2 branch conveyance passages formed on a conveyance passage, and robots are respectively located between the working stations. CONSTITUTION:Branch conveyance passages L1, L2-N1, N2 for conveying works, respectively branched into 2 passages, are respectively installed between branch points P1-P2 and joint points Q1-Q3, all formed on a conveyance passage C. Working stations S1-S8 are located away from each other at given distance on branch conveyance passages L1, L2-N1, N2, respectively, and robots R1-R4 for machining a work W on each working station, are respectively positioned between the working stations. In this constitution, the robots are normally operated without bringing them into suspension, and this enables sharp improvement of the efficiencies of various works through the effective use of the robots. |
