PURPOSE:To obtain easily expected dimensional accuracy by installing four sets of two-roll stands constituted of two vertical and horizontal stands and two mutually crossing ones slanted by 45 deg. closely to each other and in series in a finish-rolling device provided with plural two-roll stands. CONSTITUTION:A horizontal-type two-roll stand 1, a vertical-type two-roll stand 2, a two-roll stand 3 slanted to the left side by 45 deg., and a final two-roll stand 4 slanted to the right side by 45 deg. are installed closely to each other and in series; when the final finish dimension of a rolling material W is expressed by phiD and its speed by V, the material W is subjected to rolling reduction in the vertical direction by the 1st stand 1 at the rotating speed of V/1.1 to obtain 1.1D. At the 2nd stand 2, the material W is subjected to rolling reduction in the horizontal direction at the speed of V/1.06 to obtain 1.06D. Successively the material W is subjected to rolling direction in the slant direction from the upper right and left sides to obtain 1.03D. Finally, at the 4th stand 4, the material is subjected to rolling reduction slantly from the upper left and right sides to obtain D. |
