PURPOSE:To automatize welding process, by welding an armature coil to a commutator riser with a welding torch after the commutator riser is detected by a positioning sensor and is fixed. CONSTITUTION:The positions of loop means 20a for commutator risers 20 are detected by a positioning sensor, and a retaining member 15 is fitted on the upper part of the loop section 20a which is temporarily fixed. Then, after a welding torch 18 works and the loop means 20a are welded to armature coils 21 while profiling the form of the loop section 20a, a torch unit 19 and a positioning unit 16 return to the starting position to stop. Then, according to said action, an armature rotationally moves by one pitch of the commutator riser 20 and stops, and the loop section 20a of the succeeding commutator riser 20 starts to be welded to the armature coil 21. Thus, welding can be automatized. |
