PURPOSE:To polish both surfaces of a flexible sheet so as to remove a drilling burr or the like from the both surfaces, by connecting a conveying belt, whose upper side is used as a conveying surface, to a conveying belt, whose bottom side is used as a conveying surface, and polishing the both surfaces of the flexible sheet, in the case of a captioned polishing machine. CONSTITUTION:A both-surface polishing machine for a flexible sheet provides the first conveying belt 4 and the second conveying belt 8, which provide many vent holes, by connecting in an almost equal level an upper conveying surface 4a of the first conveying belt 4 with a bottom conveying surface 8a of the second conveying belt 8. And connection plates 19, 19a, fixed corresponding to an internal surface of each conveying surface 4a, 8a, form attractive holes, to which the vent hole is successively aligned to pass, while mount a several number of longitudinally arranged vacuum attractive boxes 21, 21a. Further a group of each attractive box 21, 21a arranges a group of polishing wheels 31, 31a successively polishing while they come into contact with upper and bottom surfaces of the flexible sheet (a) conveyed in a one-way direction by the conveying belts 4, 8 correspondingly through each conveying surface 4a, 8a.
