PURPOSE:The titled composition having improved resistance to microorganisms, hydrolysis resistance, and compatibility with urethane elastomer, and high safety, obtained by blending a terminal isocyanate group-containing prepolymer, etc. with a specific mildewproofing agent instead of a phthalimide mildewproofing agent. CONSTITUTION:(A) A terminal isocyanate group-containing prepolymer and a curing agent [e.g., 4,4'-methylenebis(2-chloroaniline), etc.] are blended with (B) 0.01-2pts.wt. 2-halogeno-2 halogenated methylglutaronitrile (preferably 1,2- dibromo-2,4-dicyanobutane) shown by the formula (X and X' are Cl, Br, I, or F) based on 100pts.wt. prepolymer, to give the desired composition.
