<p>This lavatory, which can be used in series and is intended for cleaning up public highways and for simplifying the work of refuse services, consists of a box (1) giving access (3) to a belt conveyor (2) for removing excrement and urine, which rests on a plate (20) having a subframe (19). The conveyor is set in operation either by a switch (4) having a switch case (5) which actuates a motor (7) that drives two drums (10) (17) by means of a belt or chain (9), or else by automatic functioning. The belt conveyor leads the faecal material to a chemical solution (11) which digests the latter. The conveyor is cleaned by two scrapers (13) which are tensioned by a balance wheel (21) or extenders inside the trough (8) and by a security apron (16) at the outlet for the liquid. The system can be raised in its entirety by means of a handle (12) for cleaning and changing the liquid which is discharged through an outlet having a valve (15), or, in the case of excess liquid, through an upper outlet (14), both of which are connected to the sewage system. The motor and the electric plate are protected by a removable plate (6). The conveyor is permanently tensioned by an extender (18). <IMAGE></p> |
